CTC&S provides engineering, managerial and technical support services to our
clients.

Our mission is to provide the services our clients need, effectively, on-time and
on-budget.

CTC&S has been in business since 2004 and was started to help large companies
succeed by providing essential products and services on an ongoing or
project-specific basis.

Our company is a certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and
consists of two principals, Brian L. Clark, company owner and founder, and Leslie
Blackmon-Clark, Vice-President of Sales, Marketing & Administration. CTC&S has
full and part time associates that assist on projects as needed.
