Our History
CTC&S was founded by Brian L. Clark in June of 2004 as a technical support services company
for government agencies, technical contractors and consulting firms. Our company is owned,
operated and maintained by Brian & Leslie Clark with the help of part time and full time
associates. CTC&S is a certified Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) in 14 states and is
also New York State MBE certified.
What We Do
